CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 64(JUD) "An Act relating to court                                             
approval of the purchase of structured settlements" was read the

Senator Ben Stevens moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill                                 
be advanced to third reading and placed on final passage. Senator Ellis                             
objected.
